      I know of a builder that drastically lowered the price his 16 homes in a subdivision so he could move on to the next one and of course he sold them. All in one week. The people who bought these homes had to reduce the price on their homes so they would sell. Then they can close on the new ones. 7 or 8 of those homes sold but we have 6 or 7 left. Now if one of those fits you needs it would be a tremendous buy.

We have rentals too!!


I have access to rental homes and provide service to get you into a rental home of your choice, at no charge. This requires a credit check and first and last months rent and any pet or cleaning deposit (may vary upon landlord) to the landlords property management company. Rent for a residential home starts anywhere from  $750. a month and up.  Which is the same pricing as a apartment. Also so far as rentals, I only work in the west, and north valley.
